Shipping Policy
Do you offer free shipping?
Purenoasis® provides free standard shipping (7-14 business days) on all orders.
Expedited shipping (5-7 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
How will my order ship?
Most shipments within the United States ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS services.
Will my delivery require a signature?
All orders totaling more than $500.00 before shipping, duties, and taxes require a signature upon delivery.
When will my order ship?
Once a selection has been made, the expected shipping and handling time is reflected on the product detail page. Please note that the date listed does not include transit and delivery time to the destination address.
When ordering multiple items, if one of the items is made-to-order and the other item(s) are in stock, the order will ship complete when the made-to-order piece is ready to ship.
All orders will ship based on the selected shipping method at checkout.
- In-Stock Items:
In-stock items ordered by 2:00 p.m. ET will ship the same business day,
excluding weekends and holidays.
In-stock items ordered after 2:00 p.m. ET will ship the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Made-to-Order Items:
Made-to-order items are only created once an order is placed.
Please allow 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for your product to be created and processed before shipping.
Will all items in my order ship together?
Yes. Orders containing multiple items will be consolidated before shipping and will ship when the last item is ready to ship.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We do not ship to hotels or P.O. Boxes. FedEx shipments to APO/FPO locations will be transferred to USPS for delivery. Due to payment authorization policies, shipping addresses cannot be modified after the order is placed and payment is processed. Risk of loss and ownership of the items transfer to you once they are handed over to the carrier in accordance with our shipping agreement. Purenoasis® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, email or technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We offer free FedEx shipping on all orders within the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. To ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience, we also provide free return shipping for all orders from these regions.
As most of our pieces are made to order, the time from purchase to delivery may vary depending on the specific item. All orders are shipped via FedEx, and we aim for delivery on or before the expected date shown in your order confirmation. In some cases, your order may arrive earlier if it is ready for shipment. You will receive an email notification once your order is on its way.
USPS: We do not ship via the US Postal Service to international destinations (with the exception of military APO’s).
Taxes, Duties, Fees: Additional import taxes may be imposed by the destination country. The recipient will be responsible for paying any import taxes, duties or fees levied.
Declared Value: For international shipments, in order to deter theft the contents will be described as “costume jewelry” and the value declared at no more than $400 USD with the following exceptions:
- Orders shipped to Ontario, Canada are declared at the full value
- Orders shipped to South Africa are declared at the full value
Do you ship everywhere?
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States and to Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
Please visit an international parcel-forwarding service to inquire about shipments to other countries.
How will my order ship?
Most international orders ship via FedEx or UPS, but other carriers may be used depending on the location.
Are there any international shipping restrictions?
Yes. Not all products are available in all countries. If the product in your cart is not eligible for shipping to your destination, you will be notified at checkout.
How do I know what the applicable duties and taxes will be?
Additional charges for duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country or local customs office are the responsibility of the customer and must be fulfilled by the recipient at the time the package is received.
